That wasn’t so bad…. :)

Okay – so for all of my fears of the unknown in travelling to a new country, we landed safely and uneventfully in Argentina.  We even made up some extra time after leaving late because of a flat tire on the landing gear!   After arriving, we first went through the personal passport area (I’m sure there’s an official name for it, but I don’t know what it was because the sign was written in Spanish!)   Anyway, from there, on to the Customs area… which I was able to breeze right through.   A bit of a glitch when exchanging US$$ for Argentine pesos, and then the most challenging part of the day — ordering a Large Diet Coke and Bottled Water from McDonalds, and having the clerk giggle when I pulled out a 5Peso note…. it was $16.50(pesos)!!!     Talk about sticker shock!!!!

All in all, it has been a wonderful trip so far – and it was most comforting to see Brian’s smiling face on the other side of the customs area!    AMEN!    We are here!

So now… we will let go and let God take over…. He IS good… ALL the time!!!!
