When is IT Nation Connect? IT Nation Connect is November 8 -10, 2023, at the Rosen Shingle Creek® Hotel in Orlando.
Who should attend? Are you an IT solution provider looking for better ways to run and grow your business? An IT professional looking to connect with like-minded peers? A ConnectWise product user looking to maximize your investment? Come to IT Nation Connect! There is something for every role, and there are endless opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn.
I’m not a ConnectWise partner. Can I still attend? IT Nation Connect is for everyone in the industry. Business leaders and managers will find useful information and tools to empower their teams with sessions focused on business building, industry trends, thought leadership, and so much more.
What’s the dress code? IT Nation Connect is a casual conference. Think slacks, company polos, and comfortable shoes for walking between sessions.

What’s included in the price of registration? Visit our pricing page to learn about the types of passes we offer. Please note: Travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation are not included in the registration fees for any pass. All pass types receive a login to our virtual platform to access the recorded content on-demand for 90 days after the event. Link: pricing page when ready
I only want to attend the Solutions Pavilion expo hall. Is this an option? Yes, visit our pricing page for more info on this type of pass. Link: pricing page when ready
How can I add a team member? Additional attendees from your company with an All-Access pass will automatically receive a 20% discount on their registration when added to the primary registrant’s record. There is a button on the final page of registration for this option.
Can I bring my spouse/guest/significant other? Yes, you can add a social guest to your pass for $350, which allows access to the Welcome Reception, off-site IT Nation Celebration, and the Closing Party! There is a button on the final page of registration for this option. Please note: breakfasts and lunches are NOT included in this pass.
Can I bring my child? Children are not permitted at the receptions and events, except for our Thursday night off-site event when we take over a theme park! You can purchase passes for Thursday night only at the registration desk during the event.
Is there a virtual pass option? Yes, attend live right from your own home with our virtual pass for $129. It includes all keynotes, and 40 select breakout sessions streamed live and available on-demand for 90 days after the event.
What meals are included in my registration? For an All-Access pass, dinner is included Wednesday at our Welcome Reception. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on Thursday and Friday at the conference events.
Can I register and not pay for a hotel room? Yes, registration does not include the cost of your hotel room. Feel free to stay anywhere you’d like, but don’t forget that we’ve negotiated special room rates at our conference hotels. A link to reserve your spot in our block of rooms is in your conference registration email.
How do I edit my registration? You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, add pre-day workshops, and more by logging back in with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation number is provided in and email after your register. Please check your junk or “other” folders if you do not see it in your inbox after registration.
Cancellation Policy If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your registration until October 26 for a full refund. After that time, no refunds will be permitted. Virtual passes are non-refundable. If the event is canceled by ConnectWise, registrants will receive a full refund. You can transfer your pass to another attendee up until the start of the event, which can be done by emailing us.

Where can I find the breakout sessions? When finalized, the breakout session schedule will be posted on our website under the “Sessions” tab.
Can I register for breakouts ahead of time? No, all breakouts during the conference are first come, first served. (Note: Pre-day workshops require pre-registration.) Adding a session to your schedule on the mobile app does not guarantee you a seat, so make sure to arrive early to any must-attend sessions.
How do I know which sessions to attend?
Our sessions are broken into topic categories:

I’m virtual – how do I know which sessions I can watch and how do I access them? As we get closer to the event, we’ll post the virtual breakout sessions on our website. You’ll receive an email with instructions to log into the platform about a week before IT Nation Connect.
What kind of networking can I expect? We pride ourselves on our community and have networking events throughout IT Nation Connect. Our featured networking events are the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, our off-site theme park takeover on Thursday, and our closing party on Friday. We also offer a variety of smaller networking opportunities throughout the conference; you’ll have no problem finding like-minded people to network with!
When will IT Nation Connect be held next year? Save the date—we’ll be back in Orlando November 6-8, 2024.
