Phase 1 of mass actions are coming to ITBoost! Bulk actions will allow partners to quickly update many records at once. Locations, contacts, configurations, passwords, knowledgebase articles, and custom assets can all be updated in bulk. Tags can be added, statuses changed, and where it makes sense, syncs can be enabled/disabled.

SmileBack can now be accessed right from within ConnectWise PSA, under the Service Desk module.

Round Robin ticket scheduling allows ConnectWise PSA partners to build a ‘Round Robin’ team on their service board(s) and then use the Auto Assign function to have ConnectWise PSA rotate through the team and auto-assign tickets as they come in.

We have integrated our SaaS backup with Asio so that you can easily back up Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and workloads like Azure AD and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You can quickly jump to our BDR tab and manage the backup of multiple solutions from a single tool, including data on users, roles, groups, and logs of Azure AD.  And Azure AD backup is available for no charge for any of our Asio-based RMMs.

We've recently expanded our backstage capability, where a technician can connect to a machine without disrupting the user, adding a new user experience so those techs who are less knowledgeable of command line can take advantage of a more intuitive experience to launch registry, event logs, system events, and a bit more.

ConnectWise partners can expect a best-in-class experience within the Asio platform for searching and quoting, procurement, subscription management, and client billing with Arrow. ConnectWise Partners will also enjoy access to additional products lines and access to additional credit facilities through Arrow.

Asio Ticketing is the foundation for the future of ticketing and is designed to focus the conversation, keeping everything techs need in one place. The initial release is focused on ConnectWIse RMM but will soon be expanded on to be a crucial part of ConnectWise PSA.
